Adroit Services - CoViD19 Response

Although the construction industry was not forced to close entirely, we took the decision to stop installations in April to support the efforts to limit CoViD19 transmission, to help protect our partners, staff, customers & key workers in the wider population.

Peter & Emma have continued to function from their home office, working remotely with Peninsula, our health & safety consultants, to resume working safely as lockdown restrictions are eased.

We plan to recommence installations & show room appointments

– following strict new protocols -

from Monday 11th May

Quote Appointments:

Peter Butt will be the only partner who quotes. He will wear appropriate PPE and we have additional measures in place to minimise the length of time he needs to spend in your home. Any of our office team would be happy to take you through these new protocols if you are interested in us providing a quotation.

Showroom Visits:

Our showroom has only ever been open by appointment, and this remains our policy. However, we have adopted safety measures as if we were a public shop floor, installing screens at our design desk and marking the floor to ensure social distancing. We have spaced our appointments to allow for thorough cleaning between visitors and provide hand washing facilities and sanitiser for all visitors and staff. We are also able to offer video call appointments (using FaceTime/WhatsApp etc..) should you not wish to visit in person.

Installations:
Our installers have been issued with appropriate PPE and are working in fixed teams of two, their access to our warehouse is staggered to prevent meetings with co-workers. When onsite we will ask the customer not to offer refreshments and remain in another part of the house. We would be happy to talk you though these protocols in detail before you book your installation.

We are unable to offer quotes, showroom visits or installations to a property where a shielded person or, a person with symptoms is residing - unless it is to remedy a direct risk to the safety of the household.
