Bathroom Installer (£24,000 – £42,000 pa) 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and adroit team player to join a growing company with an outstanding reputation for quality and service.

The Role: To install products and create completed rooms to our exceptional standards, provide customers with a satisfying experience of using The Adroit Services Partnership for their project(s). Responsible for Quality of the final installation, dealing with customer, co-ordinating works of others as each project requires, autonomous working and/or working with others in a professional and respectful way. 

  • Work with the lead installer to complete the project within the allotted time frame & with a top quality Adroit finish.
  • Removing/demolishing existing products/services/wall & floor coverings as needed.
  • Discussing requirements with customer to ensure works comply with the design brief and expectations.
  • Competently completing 1st & 2nd fix works including plumbing (potable/waste/soil), plastering, tiling, basic joiner and stud wall creation, dry lining, minor electrical, decorating - in a timely manner at an acceptable work rate.
  • To demonstrate professionalism & communicate fully with the customer, installation team and office staff to ensure a seamless result is achieved.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, clean, tidy and healthy environment and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company health & safety policy.
  • Contributing to and driving the team effort and, being presentable whilst representing our brand- raising any concerns of workmanship or product issues with co-workers as required.
  • Being polite and professional at all times, maintaining excellent timekeeping and attendance records with a flexible approach to support the business needs.

About you:

  • You will have an NVQ2 in the trades OR have relevant experience.
  • You will show good work ethic, working alongside enthusiastic and motivated colleagues.
  • You believe 'that'll do' will never do and will enjoy presenting your finished work to the customer.
  • You are a good communicator and have an eye for detail, being self-critical to improve.
  •  You will have a full clean UK driving license.
  • You may have your own transport.
  • You may be a skilled self-employed sole trader, perhaps with tools and a van, who no longer wants all the admin and quoting clogging up your evenings and weekends. Allowing you to enjoy your trade without the pressures of running your own business.

Warehouse Operative/Driver (£17,500 – £22,000 pa)

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and adroit team player to join a growing company with an outstanding reputation for quality and service.

The Role: To manage incoming deliveries and store appropriately, order & manage stocks of consumables and to deliver goods and materials to sites as required. Full training provided. Collect waste from sites and remove to our waste location, supporting our installation teams to help provide customers with a satisfying experience of using The Adroit Services Partnership for their project(s).  

  • Loading goods into and out of our vehicles, safely deliver to sites and into customer premises.
  • Assisting with the stripping out of projects and loading waste into and out of our vehicles.
  • Addressing problems in work processes identified, using own initiative to improve work flow processes.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, clean, tidy and healthy environment.
  • Being polite presentable and professional at all times, maintaining excellent timekeeping and a flexible approach to support the business needs.
  • Basic office admin; including scanning & logging delivery notes, filing, contacting suppliers for quotes on consumable warehouse items.
  • Carrying out simple service/maintenance tasks as directed in customers’ homes.

The Adroit Services Partnership is a growing company and we believe this role may provide a path to a role as of a full time business administrator OR a full time bathroom installer, depending on the ambition, skills and progression of the successful applicant.
